How much caffeine is in a serving?
Approximately 215 mg per serving (from coffee + guaraná). We disclose caffeine clearly on pack.
Do you use proprietary blends?

Are the mushrooms real extracts?
Yes—full fruiting body, concentrated 10:1 extracts (Lion’s Mane, Turkey Tail, Cordyceps), kept lean to protect flavor.

Brewing & Use
Add one serving to hot water (about 10–12 oz), stir, and enjoy. Adjust water and strength to taste.
Yes—brew hot, then pour over ice or chill. Great with a splash of milk. It can also be added to cold water without issue, just stir it a bit longer.
When should I drink PULSAR?
Morning or pre-focus sessions are the most popular. Start with one serving and assess your timing and tolerance. Anytime is fine really though we recommend a minimum of 6 hours clearance before bedtime.
Can I take it before training?
Absolutely, and many do. Test your timing—usually 30–45 minutes before.
Highly unlikely. The blend is designed and was tested to work great for those who are particularly sensitive to caffeine. However, sensitivity varies—start with one serving.
Can I combine with other caffeine?
We recommend monitoring your total daily intake. Many users stick to PULSAR as their primary source.
How long does the effect last?
Varies by person; many report a quick lift with a steady glide for several hours.
Can I have it twice a day?
Absolutely! Some even do 3 per day. However, you need to space servings and stay within your personal caffeine limit.

Can I buy multiple bags in one order?
Right now, two-bag orders are available on subscription only. One-time purchases are a single bag. This may change as we expand—check the PDP for the latest options.
We cover applicable sales tax—you’ll see tax included in your total at checkout. Your receipt will reflect taxes paid by PULSAR.
Can I pre-order or backorder?
If an item is out of stock, we may offer pre-orders with estimated ship dates.
Subscriptions & Billing
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions run on a fixed monthly cadence. Your card is charged each cycle until you cancel (cancellation takes effect after your second shipment). Need to delay or skip a shipment? Contact Support and we’ll adjust it for you. Frequency editing in-account is coming soon.
What’s the minimum commitment?
You can pause/skip anytime. Cancellation takes effect after your second shipment; then cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges.
How do I change frequency or next date?
Log into Manage Subscription → Subscriptions to adjust date, or quantity.
Yes—skip in your portal before the renewal date.
How do I update my payment method or address?
Update details in Manage Subscription. Do it before your renewal date to avoid delays.
Will I get a reminder before renewal?
Where required, yes. Your next charge date also shows in your account.
Can I switch between 1 and 2 bags on subscription?
Yes—edit quantity in your portal.
What if my payment fails?
We’ll notify you to update your card and retry.
Can I apply discount codes to subscriptions?
Some codes/promo windows allow it; terms vary.
After your second shipment, cancel in /account before the next renewal—or contact Support and we’ll help.

What if I’m not satisfied?
Tell us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work on a replacement or refund per our policy.
Can I return unopened bags?
Yes—within 30 days in resalable condition with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
How long do refunds take?
Typically 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
My order arrived damaged—now what?
Send photos and your order number within 7 days; we’ll replace or refund.
Are sale or bulk orders returnable?
Final-sale and wholesale orders are excluded from standard returns.
